At Golden Dog Beer Tours we want to provide everyone with an enjoyable experience, so they will come back. Below are some of our general policies for running a tour.  

 
 
 

Privacy

Golden Dog Beer Tours does not share or sell your information to others. All of your information is kept confidential.

In general, the only information we collect is to identify you for your arrival, or to contact you in the case we have to cancel the tour due to unforseen circumstances.

We do not send out mail outs or marketing emails without permission. If there is an issue please contact us and we will resolve it. Above our own personal policy we use third party providers to allow us to collect secure payments, manage bookings and get feedback on our tours. your information will be subject to their privacy policy. Please contact us if there is a privacy issue. 

 
 
 

Security

None of your information is saved or shared by Golden Dog Beer Tours. Any financial information collected through online bookings is taken by Paypal and processed securely without Golden Dog Beer Tours seeing any of your information.  Any phone bookings are entered immediately through the booking site and Paypal so we do not have to store your information.  All payments are processed immediately in full through the booking site using Paypal as the merchant.  If there is a security concern please contact us and we can sort things out with you. 

 
 
 

Cancellations & Refunds

If you book a tour with us we get everything in place.  That being said we organize things as far in advance as possible with our desinations, which becomes difficult when things change.  Below are the guidelines if you need to cancel and how the refunds will work.

  • Tour Cancellations:
    • After booking a regular tour ticket the following guidelines apply:
      • Cancellations made with 72+ hours notice will be given a 50% refund of the full ticket price.
      • Cancelations made with 48-72 hours notice will be given a 25% refund of the full ticket price.
      • Cancelations made with 0-48 hours notice will not be given a refund.
      • No shows will not be given a refund.
  • Custom Tour Cancellation:
    • If we work with you to plan a custom event and there is a cancellation at any point leading up to it you will be refunded 10% of the total agreed price of event.
  • Other considerations:
    • Over consumption of alcohol.
      • if you are overly intoxicated and are asked to leave because of your behaviour there will be no refund given.
    • Not legal drinking age.
      • If we identify you as underage upon check-in you will not be able to sample beer and will not be given a refund. You will still be able to sample food, but will not be served beer.
    • Disliking food or beer.
      • Being a sampling tour you may not like all the beer or food along the way, but there are no refunds if you dislike certain things.
    • Allergies or dietary restrictions
      • If you do not state allergies or dietary retrictions during the booking we will not refund items you can not or choose not to consume. If stated during the booking you have restrictions and we do not comply to some extent we will deal with refunds on a case by case basis.  Please contact us if there are any questions about this ahead of time.

GOLDEN DOG BEER TOURS HOLD THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A TOUR AT ANY POINT. IN THIS INSTANCE WE WILL GIVE A FULL REFUND IF WE CAN NOT MEET OUR OBLIGATION TO YOU.  WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION IN ORDER TO CONTACT YOU IN CASE WE HAVE TO CANCEL. WE WILL GIVE YOU AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE.

In most cases tours will go as planned, but in situations of extreme severe weather or we do not feel we can give you a proper experience we may cancel. It will be up to us to make the call on the cancellation and in most cases we can work around weather and still have a great time.

ANY REFUNDS TO BE GIVEN AT ANY TIME WILL NOT BE GRANTED IMMEDIATELY BEFORE, AFTER OR WHILE THE TOUR IS IN PROGRESS. GUIDES DO NOT CARRY MONEY OR THE MEANS TO GIVE REFUNDS ON THE SPOT. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE THAT ARISES THE PROBLEM WILL BE DEALT WITH AFTER TO KEEP OTHER GUESTS HAPPY.

REFUNDS ARE ONLY TO BE GIVEN BY GOLDEN DOG BEER TOURS OWNER.
